TDAzlan SDG appointed distributor for Avaya

Agreement extends existing Avaya relationship with Tech Data in Europe to the UK

Azlan SDG, the value-added enterprise division of Computer 2000, is to distribute Avaya’s full suite of business collaboration and communications solutions in the UK, following the extension of an existing agreement between Tech Data Europe and Avaya.

The agreement enhances the availability of Avaya solutions to the UK partner community and enables Avaya to leverage the strong presence of Azlan SDG in the value-added reseller market to extend its reach in the channel. With immediate effect, Azlan SDG will be providing channel development and enhanced support services on Avaya’s full range of telephony, unified and visual communications solutions including Radvision, as well as the Avaya Networking portfolio for IP, wireless and next-generation networks.

Azlan SDG will put its considerable resources and expertise to use to recruit and enable additional enterprise and mid-market partners who can take advantage of Avaya’s strong reputation and product innovation.
It will provide specialist service and support for Avaya partners underpinned by an expanding team of Avaya channel veterans with extensive experience in taking the vendor’s solutions to market.

TDAzlan signs distribution agreement for hosted cloud services with RackSpace

TDAzlan, the enterprise networking division of Computer 2000, part of the Tech Data Group, has signed an agreement with Rackspace® Hosting, the open cloud company, to provide a key element of its new Cloud Services portfolio.
 
With immediate effect, TDAzlan cloud resellers can now offer Rackspace Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) options through the TD Cloud programme and manage monthly charges and subscriptions through Tech Data’s partner aggregation and billing platform, StreamOne.

TDAzlan-SDG makes it easier for resellers to become Cloud Providers with white-label IaaS powered by AirVM technology

TDAzlan-SDG, the value-added enterprise distribution arm of Computer 2000, part of the Tech Data Group, is making it easier for resellers to become Cloud Providers through a sole distribution agreement with AirVM, the leading provider of white-label infrastructure as a service (IaaS) delivery platforms.

The CloudProvider IaaS service will be available as part of Azlan-SDG’s overall Cloud Services portfolio and gives with a low-cost entry-point into the hosted services sector. Resellers will be able to offer their own-branded IaaS and start building their own presence in the cloud market.

With a fully-customisable storefront, resellers can offer more than 60 services, including virtual servers, desktops, applications and a wide range of other computing services for immediate use, enabling customers to scale their IT capabilities dynamically in order to meet the changing demands of their organisations. Resellers can choose which services to offer and their own charging model, making use of Tech Data’s StreamOne partner aggregation and billing platform to collate charges for all services consumed at the end of each month.

Resellers can offer pre-set services or allow customers to provision their own services to meet their exact needs.
